After an eighteen year run, we decided to retire an event. Here’s why.
The Ringling Bridge 5K/10K run is in need of volunteers to help as course monitors, at the 2 water stations, and at the registration/packet pickup tent the day of the race. The Ringling Bridge run is on Sunday, April 28th, and supports the Educational Foundation of Sarasota County. If you are interested in volunteering, please email info@mtc75.org. This is a MTC sanctioned event and would meet the volunteer requirement for both the scholarship and racing series. Thank you!

When the Skyway Bridge opened in 1987, a one-time dedication run was held in which Mary Jane Zuknick participated. It was revived in 2018, and she's made every one.
Get Your Mutt Moving 5K takes place on February 24, 2024 at Payne Park. The race supports Satchel's Last Resort Animal Shelter/Sanctuary and Sarasota City YMCA (formerly CoreSRQ).
