With no formal dress code, the MTC Board of Directors invites you to come as you are and share a fun evening at the beautiful Laurel Oak Country Club where we will celebrate friendships and honor our fellow MTC members.
Each year this evening serves as MTC’s required annual meeting and member celebration. Outgoing board members are recognized, incoming board officers are elected and MTC kicks off another chapter in the club’s rich history. Following the board member elections, we will pay honor to the 2019 Male & Female Runner of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Comeback Runner of the Year and Unsung Hero. Additionally, MTC Lifetime Membership(s) are awarded and the pinnacle Tingle Petz Award is bestowed upon the most deserving club member, voted on by a group of their peers.
Come and celebrate with us, as we honor you.
