The Phillippi Shores 5K, presented by Dr. Si McAninch, is sponsored by the Manasota Track Club and for the sole benefit of the Phillippi Shores International Baccalaureate World School and its students. Our race is part of the Manasota Track Club/New Balance Racing Series. Come out and show your talent at a slightly longer distance and earn some well-deserved race series points.
The 1 Mile Fun Run is a great family event that invites all athletic levels to join in on the fun. Whether you sprint or enjoy a leisurely walk on the 1-mile course, you are sure to enjoy the experience that will earn you a ribbon!
The Family Fun Zone comes alive after the 5K run and remains open until 11:00 AM. Runners, walkers, and spectators will enjoy games, face painting, and jump houses to continue the fun.
At the Recovery Zone enjoy delicious and nutritious snacks and drinks to recover from your morning activity.
5K awards: Overall youth and adult, male and female, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters and Veteran; 5K Age group: 5 year age groups- Male and Female (6 Deep); 1-Mile Fun Run: Ribbons for all finishers and prizes for top male and female; Special Award for largest team!

The GD5K is a fun fitness event promoting the College GameDay ritual of Tailgating. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in support of their favorite college team. All proceeds from this fundraising event will be gifted away in the form of academic college scholarships. This event is fully sanctioned by the Manasota Track Club and will have all their mandatory levels of excellence.
The 10k is a chip timed competitive event with awards for Male and Female Overall, 5 year age groups, Master , Grand Master, Sr. Master and Veteran Master.
The 5k is a chip timed fun run. An overall Male and Female Prize will be awarded only.
The top 3 colleges represented by our participants will be awarded scholarship money for their local alumni club.
Bill’s Beer Run is the annual fundraiser for the Manasota Track Club. In its 30th year, proceeds help fund college scholarships and youth running programs. Since the inception of the program more than $83,000 has been awarded to area students. In 2017, Bill’s Beer Run generated more than $28,000 in proceeds for the MTC.

The Haven’s Jingle and Jog 5k Run/Walk is turning 21! From our humble beginnings in 1997 with a little over 200 runners, the Jingle & Jog 5k has been a festive marquee event in the Sarasota community for two decades. With over 6,500 finishers of the event – we want you to add your name to the list!
All funds raised by the event benefit the mission of The Haven, an established non-profit with a 64-year legacy of providing programs and services for children and adults with disabilities.
Sanctioned by the Manasota Track Club, this family-friendly road race is for every athlete and fitness goal. Starting at The Haven’s beautiful campus nestled on 32-acres of lush Florida scenery; participants will experience a smooth course under the canopy of established oak trees.
A special Thank you the Fry Family Foundation for donating $20 for every finisher for this year’s race! The Haven is aiming to have over 700 participants!

Course: Mostly packed sand and grass through the park’s rare, scrubby flat-woods, with a stretch on the paved Legacy Trail and a finisher’s village in the park.
